WHY DID I CREATE THIS?
I studied psychology in university because I wanted to understand people—including myself. But I didn’t find the answers I was looking for, so I went into fintech. Still, I kept coming back to this question:
Why do we struggle to understand ourselves?
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is one of the best tools out there for breaking negative thought patterns. But therapy has problems: it’s expensive, hard to access, takes a long time, and finding the right therapist is a challenge. And even then, therapists are human too—they have their own biases, distractions, and limits.
Then came AI and language models. Suddenly, I realised these tools could be trained to listen better than most people do.
Now, let’s be clear: Harley is a bot. It’s not a person. But here’s what’s crazy—it’s really, really good at reflecting back what you’re actually saying.
This tool doesn’t give advice or tell you what to do. It helps you hear yourself.
